In a forceful statement yesterday US Attorney General Eric Holder said that, regardless of the Constitution or Federal and State laws, if a woman is carrying a suspected terrorist in her womb it can be killed without due process on the basis of entirely undisclosed evidence. No mention was made of whom women should contact to schedule a death squad surgical strike.
